Delivery

Your order will be completed within 5 weeks from receiving the clothes. If you need your keepsake prior this timescale please let me knowbefore placing the order.

At present I can only deliver to the UK.

I use Royal Mail First Class Signed for service.

During busy time it may take longer to deliver.

You will receive information with the tracking number once your keepsake is dispatched.

Refund, Return and Cancellation

Returns, refund and exchange – due to the nature of the items, returns and exchange are not
accepted. Refund is only given if I do not receive the clothes but they have been posted – proof
of postage is mandatory and refund will be issued after following the correct procedure with the
courier. Change of mind, lack of clothes, incorrect postal address provided by the buyer are not
valid reasons for issuing a refund.

Cancellations 

Due to the nature of the product being personalised from a customer’s clothes then unfortunately I cannot accept order cancellations.
