When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

I reserve the right to change the terms and conditions – please check them before each purchase.

Payments – I accept all major debit and credit cards as well as paypal. No payments in installments are accepted at present.

Clothes – I can work with any fabric including cotton, knitted fabric, fleece, denim, stretchy fabric, jersey, tshirt, dresses etc. Leather items arenot suitable.

Please message me if you need to check your chosen fabric.All clothes must be clean,no sticky stains,and strictly no clothes with strong cigarette or damp smell please. The clothes do not have to be ironed – I do this in the process of making your keepsake. 

Please include a note in your parcel with your name and order number.

If you are sending pet’s beds or blankets please ensure they are thoroughly washed; I am unable to accept pet’s items with animal fur still on them. Amount of clothes required – the amount of clothes required is detailed in the description of each individual keepsake. Please ensure you send a sufficient amount of garments. If there is a small amount of fabric left I can return it along with your keepsake. If there is plenty of fabric left I can return it at an extra cost. I will contact you after I complete your order to advise of the
amount of any leftover fabric.

Accessories – I can also work with accessories – scarves,ties, bags, gloves, hats etc; in addition I can resize some jewelry to incorporate into your keepsake (please message me before placing an order if you would like me to resize a jewelry) 

Processing time – the processing time is 5 weeks from receiving the fabric or agreeing on the design (not from placing the order).This may change so please check for updates.If your require your keepsake prior this timescale please let me knowbefore placing the order as I may not be able to accommodate your request. Please send you garments in a timely manner, failing to do so will result in delay in processing your order.

Returns, refund and exchange – due to the nature of the items, returns and exchange are not accepted. Refund is only given if I do not receive the clothes but they have been posted – proof of postage is mandatory and refund will be issued after following the correct procedure with the courier. Change of mind, lack of clothes, incorrect postal address provided by the buyer are not
valid reasons for issuing a refund.

Cut off for key events – Christmas is the busiest time of the year. The cut off will be advertised on the website and social media, please check regularly.

Cancellation- cancellations are not accepted, please buy responsibly. 

Disclaimer – I take great care in creating all keepsakes. Due to the fabric they can vary in appearance – the photos in the gallery are only an example of what can be achieved with your clothes. The keepsakes are not toys – whilst they can be enjoyed by adults and children alike,(adult supervision required) please ensure they are used according to their purpose. I am not responsible for accidental damage of your keepsake while already in your possession (e,.g, dog bites), but can endeavor to repair them at an extra cost.
